This can be a great place to start if you’re interested in learning more about a particular area of law or if you need to find specific forms to use in a case that you have already filed or are considering filing.

The Colorado Judicial Branch YouTube channel contains public access videos covering a variety of legal topics, including information for dependency and neglect cases, jury service, and probation supervision.

Colorado Legal Services

Colorado Legal Services (CLS) offers legal representation in civil legal matters to qualifying low-income individuals.  In addition, CLS offers publicly accessible information and instructions on civil legal issues, including family law, eviction and other landlord/tenant issues, small claims, bankruptcy, debt collection, and more.

Colorado Bar Association

The Colorado Bar Association provides brochures and pamphlets designed to help the public navigate family law, immigration law, estate planning, and more.

Colorado Revised Statutes

The State of Colorado publishes state statutes (laws), rules of court procedure, as well as the United States and Colorado Constitutions online through LexisNexis.  There is no charge to access this service.
